BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

35 young people from the Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Spain collaborated through through different art workshops to achieve one common goal.
The main objective of the Youth Exchange project Business Opportunities was to promote entrepreneurship education, including business initiative, and innovation through the creation of microenterprise models.

The objectives of the BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES Youth Exchange project:

To get acquainted with the situation of young people in the local labor markets in the countries of the partner organizations (presentations).

To acquire knowledge about creating a business plan of an innovative micro-enterprise on the basis of Business Model Canvas.

To conduct interviews with the local community in order to learn about the customers' needs and to analyze the target group.

To create business models for innovative micro-enterprise on the basis of Business Model Canvas.

By the project participants to create models of innovative micro-enterprises of the product/service, target group and marketing of the company.

To meet with the local community and local entrepreneurs in the host country, present the innovative micro-enterprise models, conduct meetings with the local community in the partner countries.

To promote tolerance and equality;

To exchange views, develop skills, concentration, problem solving.

To improve skills of creative functioning in an international team;

To get to know the culture of countries participating in the exchange;

To break cultural and language barriers;

To establish dialogue and cooperation with the local communities.
